All of Section 28-15-9 EXCEPT 25 acres in Southwest Corner AND 80 acres in 21-15-9 AND ACROSS THE ROAD FROM LARGER TRACT.

Location:  From Council Grove, East on 56 about 3 miles and north 3 miles

There is a newer home on the 80 acres and the spring for the spring development that waters the pens in the large tract is on the 80. A well is on the large tract and waters the house on the 80.  The 80 has about 38 acres of alfalfa.  Big John Creek goes through the property and cuts diagonally through the bigger tract. Several small fields in the larger tract are planted to brome grass, but would make excellent “food plots” for wildlife enhancement. About 47 acres are planted to cool season grass (fescue) in the northwest corner of the large tract.  A huge gravel bar is in the creek.  Plenty of walnuts and other hardwood trees are along the creek
